Click through the room your buyer sees.
Agree to the success criteria, sign off a stage and work the mutual action plan, exactly the way your buyer will. No sign-up required.
A POC with no agreed criteria never really ends.
Success criteria live in a slide, a spreadsheet and three email threads. When the buyer moves the goalposts, nobody can point to what they agreed, and four weeks turn into eight.
- “Can we add one more use case?”
- “Let me loop in security.”
- “Who signed off on these criteria?”
- “We need a few more weeks.”
Your buyer agrees to the success criteria. Before day one.
Watch a buyer agree to the criteria, bring in colleagues and upload evidence, with each step landing on the record. Then see the mutual action plan both sides work from.
40 seconds, with music
The whole technical evaluation, in one room.
The room draws on the POCs and demo plans your team already builds in PresalesIQ, so there's no second tool to keep in sync.
Success criteria, agreed before day one
Your buyer accepts each criterion as written, and any edit asks for agreement again. Buyers sign off each stage or decline it, and optional gates keep a stage from closing without sign-off.
One plan, both sides
The room opens on the plan: whether it's on track for the target date, a timeline of every phase and what each side owes next. Action items carry an owner and a due date, and your buyer ticks off their own.
POCs and demo plans in one room
Share the POC, its success criteria and use cases, your demo plans, key dates, links and your team. Link a demo or POC to a phase and its step ticks itself when the demo is delivered or the POC completes.
Every step on the record
Agreements, sign-offs, comments and uploads are recorded with who and when, and a closed room stays on record. Export any section to CSV when the deal review asks what the buyer agreed to.
Built for your buyer's security team too.
Your buyer gets in with a code, and your team decides who else does. You can close the door on every guest at once.
How we protect your dataGuests sign in with an invite link and a one-time code sent to their email. No passwords to manage.
Sessions time out, and removing a guest signs them out at once.
Guests can ask to bring in colleagues from their own company. Your team approves each one.
Every uploaded file is malware-scanned before anyone can download it.
One switch disables external access and revokes every guest link and session.
Comment in threads on any shared item. Your team is notified, in Slack if you like.
Technical Deal Room questions
What is a technical deal room?
A shared, branded space where the buyer and the presales team run the technical evaluation together: success criteria, POC stages, demo plans, a mutual action plan and the evidence behind every decision.
Do buyers need a PresalesIQ account?
No. Your buyer opens an invite link and signs in with a one-time code sent to their email.
What happens when success criteria change?
Edit a criterion and the room asks the buyer to agree again, so the record always shows what was agreed, by whom and when.
Can buyers bring in their colleagues?
Yes. A guest can ask to invite colleagues from their own company, and your team approves or rejects each request. A room holds up to 25 guests.
What does the buyer see?
The shared plan, plus the POCs, success criteria, use cases, demo plans, key dates, links and team card your team chooses to share. Preview as customer shows exactly what your buyer sees.
Does it work for demos as well as POCs?
Yes. Share demo plans alongside the POC, and link each one to a phase of the plan so it ticks itself off when the demo is delivered.
