November 2, 2026 ·

The Technical Deal Room: every POC gets a finish line

The headline of the release. The Technical Deal Room is a branded room for each engagement, shared with your buyer, where both sides run the technical evaluation together.

  • Success criteria your buyer agreed to. Your buyer accepts each criterion exactly as written. Edit one and the room asks for agreement again.
  • Sign-off on every stage. Buyers sign off each POC stage or decline it, and optional gates hold a stage open until they do.
  • One plan, both sides. The room opens on the mutual action plan: whether it’s on track for the target date, every phase and what each side owes next. Linked demos and POCs tick themselves off.
  • Every step on the record. Agreements, sign-offs, comments and uploads, each with who and when.

Buyers sign in with an invite link and a one-time code, with no password to manage. Every upload is malware-scanned, and one switch shuts off external access.

AI Agents (beta): the update finds you

Presales leaders spend Monday morning chasing status. Agents bring it to them.

An agent sends a digest, brief or alert to the people who need it, at the moment it matters. Start from a template, or describe the agent you want in plain words. PresalesIQ builds it and shows you a plain-language summary to review before it saves.

  • Runs on a schedule or on a trigger. On a schedule, when an engagement changes stage, when a transcript or note arrives, or the day before a meeting.
  • Lands where your team works. In PresalesIQ, by email, or in Slack as a direct message or a channel post.
  • Templates for the jobs that matter. Weekly digest, Manager Monday brief, POC health check, Discovery gap finder, Demo prep brief and Deal risk watcher.
  • Personal, team and organization agents. Each one reads as its owner, so it sees exactly what that person can see.

Admins see every agent, its usage and a log of every run.

Need an answer right now? Ask the floating assistant. It answers questions about any record you can see.

Agents run on your own OpenAI or Google Gemini account, like every AI feature in PresalesIQ.

A new Dashboard that starts with today

The Dashboard is rebuilt around one question: what needs attention right now?

  • My day. What’s waiting on you, with one-click actions. Today’s meetings, the next two weeks and a 30-day activity pulse for each of your engagements.
  • Team. Where your team is off track, grouped by owner, with each engagement’s pulse and a nudge to its owner.

Nothing on it relies on color alone. For presales leaders, the Monday pipeline review now starts with the deals that need help.

Activities, redesigned: one save per meeting

Activity logging is the chore presales teams put off until Friday. The new Activities makes it quick enough to do as you go.

  • Log a meeting in one save. The Log activity window takes a meeting from your calendar and logs it in a single step.
  • A To log list beside the calendar. See what’s left at a glance. Log a meeting before it happens, or log everything as suggested in one go.
  • Changes get flagged. If a logged meeting moves, gets shorter, is cancelled or is deleted, the person who logged it is told.
  • Costs on activities. Add a cost to an activity and every engagement shows its cost total.
  • Calendar sync you can trust. Delete a meeting in your calendar and it’s removed here too. Join links stay private to the person whose calendar it is.

Dark mode

Light, Dark or System. Pick once and it follows you to every device, including the laptop you prep demos on at 11 PM. Your buyer’s Deal Room stays light.
